16. Return Policy (SQF-Compliant)

As a regulated food producer operating under Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on grocery products once they have left our facility. This ensures product integrity and food safety compliance.

If we make an error with your order — including incorrect items, packaging defects, or damage occurring before delivery — we will correct it by issuing either a refund or a replacement at our discretion.
