What makes The Pantry seasonings different?
We handcraft all of our blends in small batches using high-quality, carefully sourced ingredients. Each jar is designed to be versatile, flavorful, and a simple way to make every meal special.
Are your seasonings all natural?
Not all of our blends are completely natural. While many are made with only pure spices and herbs, some recipes include a small amount of additional ingredients to enhance flavor, balance blends, or improve freshness. We always aim for transparency—each jar lists every ingredient clearly so you know exactly what you’re getting.
How should I store my spices?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Proper storage helps keep the flavors fresh for longer.
How long do the seasonings last?
When stored properly, our blends stay fresh for 12–18 months. Over time, spices don’t “expire,” but they may lose their intensity—so the sooner you enjoy them, the better.
Can I use your seasonings for more than one type of dish?
Absolutely! Our blends are versatile—perfect for meats, veggies, grains, dips, marinades, and more.
What inspired the name “The Pantry – The Salt of the Earth”?
Our name is rooted in both simplicity and faith. Just as salt brings out the best in food, we believe we’re called to bring out the best in people and moments. “You are the salt of the earth” – Matthew 5:13.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favorite blends to your cart, and check out securely through Shopify.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. During holidays or special launches, shipping may take a little longer.
Do you offer tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss them!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S., but we’re working toward international shipping soon.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are food-based, we cannot accept returns once a jar has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
My order arrived broken/damaged—what should I do?
We’re so sorry that happened! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product, and we’ll send a replacement or refund
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately and we’ll update it. Once an order is shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change the address.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! We work with businesses, caterers, and event planners. Contact us for wholesale pricing and details.
Can I order custom blends or gift sets?
At this time, we focus on our signature blends, but seasonal gift sets and limited-edition collections are often available. Stay tuned!
